• Construction Work information System(CWS)

  A system for total management of construction contract and performance information and is based on "electronic notification of Construction Work Book" which became effective since January, 2003 by Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs.

  • Electronic notification of Construction Work Book is a system which constructors write construction work book electronically and notify to clients when a contract is closed. Regardless of public nor private construction project, when a project cost is over 100 million won, the system is obligatory.
  • Ordering-person ascertains the truth of matters notified by constructors and provides real-time information of constructors state of disposition, qualification of sub-contractors, inspection of double placed engineer, information about construction activity such as bonds to promote efficiency of management and preventing illegal acts beforehand.

• Sub-Construction Work information System(SCWS)
  

  A system for total management of performance information of sub-contractors participating in construction work and is based on "electronic notification of sub-contract Construction Work Book" which is nationally effective since January, 2008 by Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs.

  • Electronic notification of sub-contract Construction Work Book is a system which sub-contract constructors write sub-contract construction work book electronically and notify to ordering-person when a contract between sub-contractors and main contractors are closed. Regardless of public nor private construction project, when a sub-contract project cost is over 40 million won, the system is obligatory.
  • Sub-construction work information system is combined with construction work information system, linked with main contract construction information and managed. It completes basis for systematic management of a connected construction work as ordering-person → main contractors → sub-contractors.
  • Ordering-person is able to monitor illegal·unfair acts at anytime by comparing sub-contract·construction Work Books provided by main·sub-contractors.
